This past June, cPanel, the makers of the hosting control panel that we and most in the industry use, announced a new pricing structure. The cPanel control panel is used on most of our VPS products. They had not changed their pricing in a very long time so many hosters had expected something to be coming. However they added a new wrinkle - account based pricing, shocking most of the industry. Simply, the more user accounts one has on their server, the higher the price.
As such we have had to add the cPanel license cost to our VPS packages. The new cPanel license pricing is:

This new licensing structure makes it important that every user account on your server is to be in use. Suspended accounts are still counted towards the price.
