I made a mistake and renewed my domain for too many years. Can I get a refund? How do I delete the extra years?

Once a domain is renewed, the Registry does not provide an option to delete the renewal for refund, nor can you remove a specific number of years if you renewed for more years than you intended.

When the domain is in your shopping cart, you can update how many years you want to extend the registration.  Change the quantity and select update cart.  This displays the total price for all years.

When the domain is on your checkout page, if the number of years is incorrect, you can still change your mind.  If you disagree with this total or number of years, go back to your shopping cart.  Make the appropriate updates before you attempt to purchase again. 

Please be careful.  Once you select submit on a renewal, you agree that the purchase is final and there are no refunds.  The number of years are immediately added and we cannot change the expiration date with the Registry.
