Domain Refunds

In an effort to accommodate the majority of our customers who wish their domain names to auto renew to avoid expiry, our billing system sets an auto renew (AR) option on for every domain. That said, AR will only work when a customer chooses to store their credit card on our system during check out. This AR option is a selectable feature managed by our customers by logging into our billing system and can be found by selecting Manage Domains. In addition when renewal dates approach we automatically send out billing & auto renewal notifications 5 days before billing to be sure our customers wish to renew their domains. This provides ample opportunity to cancel a domain renewal either by logging into their account or sending in a support ticket.

It is not our policy to refund any domain name purchases or renewals as they have a direct cost which we incur each time they are renewed which is not refundable to us. Domains have extremely tight margins in order to provide competitive pricing and therefore have no room for loss.
